SCOOPER

Our shop is seeking an outgoing person to join our team as an Ice Cream Scooper! In this role, you will greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, and fulfill orders by creating frozen treats such as sundaes, milkshakes, and concretes.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet shop customers

- Scoop ice cream and toppings to fill customer orders

- Accept payment via cash register and Square 

- Restock ice cream mix, toppings, and cones

- Restock napkins, spoons, cups, lids, straws, etc. 

- Wipe down surfaces in between customers and maintain a clean work environment 

- Clean all surfaces, machines, equipment and utensils and the end of each day as well as throughout the shift as needed

Qualifications

- Must have or be able to acquire food handler certification

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to lift up to 40lbs

- Ability to handle cash payments and return correct change to customers

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment 

- Excellent customer service skills
